Stores, openings and closings: Seoul Commercial District Analysis Service, Q2 2026 and Q2 2025. District values are estimates that add up overlapping Seoul commercial areas weighted by their share of stores; districts marked "Est." are those. Openings and closings are counts for that quarter, not survival rates.

The figures will be shown once our team confirms using the Ttukseom district values on this page.

This is the Korea Real Estate Board's average for the Ttukseom area. Its boundary differs from our 10 districts, and it is the ground-floor converted rent (monthly rent + converted deposit, excluding maintenance fees and VAT) per m² of leasable area, so it is defined differently from the asking prices below and is for comparison only.

Source: Korea Real Estate Board, Real Estate Statistics Information System (R-ONE), Commercial Real Estate Rental Trend Survey (National Approved Statistics No. 408001), Q2 2026, Ttukseom commercial area, Seoul. Values per 3.3 m² were converted by INDEX SEONGSU by multiplying the per-m² value by 3.305785.

About the data

  • Stores, openings and closings: quarterly store data from the Seoul Commercial District Analysis Service. Openings and closings are stores newly opened and closed that quarter. The totals at the top add up the 10 districts in the district table and follow the category and quarter you pick.
  • Ground-floor rent and vacancy: Ttukseom area values from the Korea Real Estate Board's Commercial Real Estate Rental Trend Survey, Seoul. Its boundary differs from our 10 districts, so it is shown for comparison only. Updated by hand each quarter.
  • Asking prices: ground-floor prices our team received directly from brokers or landlords or confirmed on site. Values copied from listing platforms are not entered. They are not contract prices.
  • Asking-price amounts (middle 50% range) appear only with 5 or more samples: 5 across Seongsu for the Seongsu range, and 5 in a district for that district's range. Addresses, contacts and sources of individual listings are not shown, even after login.
